My son and I have been victims of dozens of acts of clear as day perjury, defamation, and many other types of fraud committed by Jennifer Cokehouse Frendle, Amanda Proudly Soulless Coffey, Coffey's just as corrupt idiot puppet Alisha Shameless Documents Forger Morgan (paralegal), and one other.  Also gross exaggerations galore, MASSIVE coverups of criminal acts, reporting to the judge of far-fetched to the extreme "conclusions" and "fears", almost laughable conjecture, and last but certainly not least my son and I have been the victim of MULTIPLE FORMS OF AFFIDAVIT FRAUD – as the enclosed report confirms. Horrendous fraud committed by a quartet of soulless idiots on 1/28/22 -- committed as part of a direct effort (100% FAILED effort) to terrorize the hell out of my 9yr old son by the sick lies being used to "justify" tearing him away from me, his good, always there for him father on the spur of the moment! The Honorable Brody Shanklin is the only reason my son didn’t get abducted by (redacted) that day based on said quartet’s hellacious fraud! 

Again, the quartet of shameless criminals responsible for the affidavit fraud/attempted kidnapping consists of the following (with each HEAVILY involved): 

1) redacted (would not have been done without this person's consent), 

2) Jennifer Cokehouse Frendle– in my firm opinion full-blown ASPD monster and it's a FACT she cannot get enough of destroying children’s lives via her endless string of lies and coverups.

Frendle looked like complete hell at a 8/31/22 hearing.  Her evil is definitely FINALLY catching up with her.  The stressors and risks that sooner or later inherently eventually come to an habitual criminal custody evaluator have definitely been hitting Jen's deranged and depraved mind HARD lately!

The stress from crimes that both she and her husband regularly commit has caused Jennifer to literally look as though she has aged EIGHT years in just the last 21.5 MONTHS since the last time her stench was in my house "thoroughly and honorably" coming up with her in-home "findings."

Frendle is haggard to the max.  Possibly because her husband no longer makes 4am "grocery" runs to purchase some "special energy medicine" for Jen that's only available on the streets.

Total hell is the perfect description for Frendle's appearance in court on 8/31/2022.  t

3) Amanda Coffey -- dumb as a rock but somehow even more pompous, typical soulless attorney who cares about nothing other than money and seeing just how much she can get away with abusing her position,

4) Alisha Morgan, Amanda Coffey's morally bankrupt paralegal (morally bankrupt is a requirement to work for Amanda Coffey, no exceptions).

Morgan altered the hell out of the affidavit (to "so well hide" she created it on her template for Cokehouse Frendle -- see expert's noting of MANY alterations).

For over five months and counting said four soulless criminals and Frendle's liar for hire attorney, pathetic beyond description Bobby D. Greene, have denied my RIGHT to review the “original” of that affidavit. The problem for the four criminal idiots is that there is no original as a document is not a real affidavit unless it contains the notary’s original ink AND the affiant’s (or affiants’) original ink. Frendle illegally signed the “affidavit” in Dallas Co. and emailed it back to Morgan in Denton and then Morgan (if she hadn’t already) slopped her signature on it and hurriedly emailed it to Coffey sitting in a TRO hearing that was halfway over. As stated in another part of the website, how Coffey was/is stupid enough to devise this criminal plan (with literally no way to benefit from it), I have no idea!  Maybe all the cigarette toxins flowing in her blood and piled into her lungs have finally traveled to her mega-depraved mind? 

The “affidavit” was Frendle and gang’s ILLEGAL attempt to sneak to Judge Shanklin the fraudulent as hell, absolutely sociopathic evaluation “findings.” When clueless Coffey tried to have Shanklin review it my attorney objected, reminded Judge Shanklin he’s not allowed to read evaluator’s report (or any excerpts of it) unless a hearing is held and he rules it admissible. Judge Shanklin said “You’re right” and refused to look at the quartet’s fraud, much less consider if Frendle’s HEARSAY legitimately qualifies as “good enough”  to mandate the government tear away a child from his LIFELONG good father! 

Really, how could fully addicted to lying to judges and smoking cigarettes, filthy as hell Amanda Coffey, think highly respected, known to be very honorable and otherwise by the book Judge Shanklin would for a second read something he’s not legally allowed to review? And if he were allowed to review it, how the hell did Coffey believe Shanklin would rule 100% hearsay "evidence" is "good enough" to tear a kid from his GOOD parent? 

Coffey has a lot more problems in addition to being morally bankrupt and being a "cool" nicotine junkie like her ten years overdue for retirement dad, Dan Coffey.  I call him 2300 Dan because during a Zoom hearing Judge Shanklin suggested x date at 11 for a continuance to be reset, asked if that fit everyone schedule.  I swear Dan Coffey said "Well, that depends on if you mean a.m. or p.m."  Not even Shanklin could resist a little sarcasm, told Dan Coffey he doesn't think will ever have a hearing start at 2300 hours!

The public deserves for said four sociopaths (the quartet of fraud) to be drug-tested monthly! 

I know at face value the expert's report doesn't seem like a big deal.  But is a big deal because:

1) neither side of a custody battle is allowed to be creating work product for the "neutral" custody evaluator, 

2) There are alterations galore in a beyond pathetic attempt by Frendle and Coffey to hide that the forgery was created on Coffey's template, 

 3) biggest of crime of all, of course, is 

Frendle conspiring with Coffey and Morgan to ILLEGALLY sign and email in the "affidavit."  That's how damned corrupt and lazy Frendle is.. Coffey invites her to conspire with her in affidavit fraud and Frendle says "Ok, but you do all the legwork -- I'm not doing crap other than forging it (signing 20 miles from notary instead of in front of her) and emailing it back to you."
